Delhi Jal Board has finally launched its online portal for End to End customer management.

Following are some of the services:

1. Online Bill Payment.
2. View/Print Bill.
3. Grievance.
4. Track Application Status.

 For most of us its primarily beneficial for bill payment which otherwise is a task in itself.

So no more queues; for online bill payment, you are just a click away !!!

All you need to do is register yourself on the website and follow menu for further actions.

Note: The “New K. No” asked for is printed on your latest bill.

Also, DJB has installed Automated Cash Collection machines at various sites/offices.

These machines are functional from 08:00 A.M.  to 08:00 PM.

All you need to do is this:

1. Take your bill.
2. Take exact round figure change. Eg. If bill is for Rs. 1698, then take Rs. 1700.
3. Enter “New K No.” and mobile no. on the machine.
4. Enter the currency notes.
5. Pay.
6. Collect receipt.
